Tokenization and management of bookings via Takyon

The accommodation informs that, for purposes of managing, confirming, possible resale, and direct handling of the booking, the user’s personal data may be transferred to Takyon S.r.l., a third-party company specialized in booking tokenization.
Takyon will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://takyon.io/privacy, in order to create, manage, and enable access to the tokenized version of the booking through dedicated digital tools (e.g., webapp, mobile app, or other interfaces).
To use such tools, the user must register on the Takyon platform and accept its Terms of Service, available at https://takyon.io/tos.
By using the accommodation’s booking services, the user consents to the processing of their personal data by Takyon for these purposes.

Data transfer and processing for booking tokenization and management

To improve booking management, the accommodation uses the tokenization service provided by Takyon S.r.l.
For this purpose, some personal data provided by the user (name, surname, email, nationality, phone number, and booking details) may be shared with Takyon.
Takyon will process such data exclusively for the purposes of creating, managing, supporting, and enabling access to the tokenized version of the booking through digital tools (webapp, app, and other interfaces), in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679).
